really disappointing

We obtained a single of these for our 2 calendar year aged twins for Xmas and really diasapointing as no handlebar or instructions integrated so we sent it again and re-ordered another which took a few of weeks to occur only to discover it is missing a principal screw for the handlebars and no guidelines – my partner and I never ever normally trouble with instructions but we can not function out how to attach the front segment to the relaxation of the bicycle and i feel it should be missing some other screws! All round really disappointing.
